For detailed guidance in respect of your crew change process in Singapore we refer you to the Covid-19 Singapore Crew Change Guidebook which was developed by the Singapore Crew Change Workgroup (SGCCWG).
The SGCCWG was formed on the 2 April 2020 to coordinate efforts in Singapore for crew changes. They also connected to the larger global worldwide Crew Change Taskforce led by ICS.
The SGCCWG represents the following participants:
- Industry International Maritime Employers’ Council (IMEC, Singapore Shipping Association (SSA), World Shipping Council (WSC)
- Union Singapore Maritime Officers’ Union (SMOU), Singapore Organisation of Seamen (SOS)
- Government Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA)
