In addition to the Charterers’ Liability cover we can offer cargo owners legal liability cover (‘COLL’).
This COLL will mainly be of interest to traders of cargo which may cause pollution.
COLL insurance provides cover to the Charterer in his capacity as owner of the cargo (as opposed to or in addition to his capacity as Charterer of the vessel) for pollution claims.
